We ask for a minimum notice of 3 business days for all catering orders. Last minute orders are welcome upon availability. Final guest counts are required 3 business days prior to your event, counts may not be decreased after this time. Increased counts will be considered on an individual basis. All events must be booked through the event management system prior to booking with dining service. Catering orders are only confirmed once a member of Dining Services has accepted your event and approved.

Please ask how we can enhance your event. Specialty linen, rented flowers and decor are available upon request. China service is available for an additional charge.
To ensure that your event is a success, catering staff will be provided for all served meals and some buffets. If additional time is needed, a fee of 25.00 per hour, per attendant, 4 Hour Minimum will apply.
As the host of the catered event, you are responsible for the equipment we have provided for the service of your catered event. Any missing or damaged catering equipment or supplies will be charged to your account at replacement cost. For very large events, specialty equipment may need to be rented at an additional charge.
We will provide linens for buffet tables at no charge. If you would like linen to be placed on guest’s tables for receptions, breaks, meeting tables and boxed lunches, there will be a fee for each tablecloth. Specialty linens are available upon request for an additional charge.
